š¬ First recommendation this week goes to āThe Creatorā movie, which I saw twice. The story is epic, the CGI is incredible, and the acting is phenomenal. If you have questions about how artificial intelligence might impact the wars in our future, this movie is the best place to start. A few of my kids thought it was the best movie they had ever seen.
šø Chapter 5 of my new book is titled, āThe War for Human Attentionā. I explore several ways that artificial intelligence will lower the costs to produce movies this beautiful in the future. By 2030, the Disney App on your phone will just have a prompt to make any kind of movie you want, just for you. You will be able to watch a new Avengers movie every night of the week and pick your own cast. Hereās a behind the scenes video that discusses how the writer/director produced āThe Creatorā for about 30% of the typical cost for a Hollywood movie of this scale.
š” āThe War for Human Attentionā chapter will also teach you all about the biggest scams on the internet. Hereās an example of āthe tech support scamā, which is currently victimizing old people all over the internet.

@movienerds: you will also enjoy this story of Aragornās last day on the set of āThe Lord of the Ringsā.
š ļø Even if you donāt produce videos at work, seeing the latest and greatest ai tools for video will teach you a lot about our future. Some of these ai tools feel like magic. Most of the ai in this 8-minute video will eventually get added to your Zoom calls at work and FaceTimes with your friends. Like I said in the introduction of my new book, everything in the future is fake, or fake-able.
š©āš» Artificial intelligence is already invading our zoom calls. Hereās a short news story about ai bots joining zoom calls to critique and monitor the presenters. If you still have a job in the future, you will probably have an ai boss thatās way smarter and nicer than your current human boss. Make sure to leave a comment about how you feel about this idea.

š Artificial intelligence is invading our real life conversations too. Hereās a cool new tool that uses ai to transcribe everything you say to everyone, everywhere, all the time. This means that all your conversations in real life can be searchable. Checkout the episode of āBlack Mirrorā titled, āThe Entire History of Youā for all the ways this will go wrong.
šļø If you have never seen a computer programmer at work, or seen how artificial intelligence can write computer programs, this is an easy video to help you envision both. Itās only 7 minutes long and thereās no code to read. You will see ChatGPT create all the source code for a flappy bird game. You will also see the gamer point out the mistakes to ChatGPT and how fast it fixes them. In the future, artificial intelligence will write video games just for you to play, based on everything it can know about what motivates you.
š Not all companies are jumping on the ai band wagon though. The US Space Force has banned chatbots at work due to their inherent security risks.

š§āāļø Hereās what the āgodfather of artificial intelligenceā thinks about ai in a recent interview with ā60 minutesā. Heās worried for good reason.
š¦¾ Big Tech has a new technique for ai called āPrompt Breedingā. This already sounds like a bad idea, doesnāt it? Prompt breeding allows a team of chatbots trained in all kinds of various abilities to work together to solve one big problem. (This is how human neural networks operate too.)
šµāš« The United States vs Google anti-trust case has produced proof that Google is tampering with their search results to secretly influence our behavior on behalf of their advertising customers. Big shocker.
š§ Our ancient ancestors were way smarter than we imagine. Hereās a short article that demonstrates the intelligence of neanderthals.

š¦µ Fascia is the most important thing in your body that western medicine practically ignores. I discuss fascia extensively in chapter 6 of my new book, which is titled āThe BioLogical Robotā. Fascia in our body works just like the circuit board in a computer, it carries the electrical lines of communication from our brain to every corner of our body.
š« The next story is just for fun. This guy is the fastest gunslinger who ever lived. See if you can see him fire both shots before the video shows him moving in slow motion. I would assume the video was fake if the quality wasnāt so bad. š¤£
š¦ Many people donāt know this, but the Moderna RNA platform that produced our covid vaccinations received the genetic code for the āprotein spikeā in MICROSOFT WORD. Yes, someone uploaded the GATTACA letters for the covid protein spike in Word format and the Moderna computers spit out intravenous bags full of dummy cells with that protein attached. In the near future, terrorists will be able to design killer viruses from their home computers that only target certain ethnic groups based on their DNA.
Iām competing against the New York Times, Netflix, Instagram, and every corporation with a marketing budget in a zero sum game for human attention. If you know people who would appreciate these stories, please consider sharing.
I love seeing fascia getting some love! iRobot is in my top 5 for best AI films.
